A global equipment business is seeking a Field Service Engineer to handle the installation and maintenance of toner-based production print equipment across the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital printing industry and strong technical skills. We're working with a global equipment business who specialise in the field of imaging, information, and document solutions. Due to continued growth and success, they're seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their service team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the companies catalogue of print on demand equipment, primarily toner-based presses, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction alongside managing service agents and acting as a point of escalation within the department. The role involves extensive travel and will see this person cover the South of England and occasionally further afield based on workload.
