The Role: MENTORING the Next Generation

You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Health and Social Care apprenticeship qualifications in their place of work.

  • Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of HSC Apprenticeship qualifications
  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners, both remotely via Video, telephone and email and also visits to their place of work.
  • Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
  • Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a hands-on approach.
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Health and Social Care:

  • Occupational Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant occupational experience within Elderly Care (Deputy Manager or above, ideally in a Residential Care Home environment)
  • Technical Qualification: Minimum Level 3 HSC related qualification.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
  • Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
