Self-Employed Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Manage the full mortgage process from initial enquiry to application, liaising with clients, lenders, and support staff.
• Attend employee benefit events to advise onsite as part of business partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated with market changes, lender criteria, and compliance standards.
• Refer protection cases to in-house specialists, receiving a commission for successful handovers.
