🚀 Delivery Consultant – Early-Stage Tech Search (Fully Remote, UK)

Join a fast-scaling specialist search firm partnering with some of the most exciting early-stage startups in AI, Cybersecurity, Robotics, and SaaS across the US.

We’re a lean, high-performing team built by experienced founders who’ve scaled tech recruitment businesses from scratch to multi-million-pound success. After strong growth since launch in 2024, we’re now looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our high-talent, high-trust environment.

  • Founded in 2024 by two experienced tech recruiters with proven track records across the UK and US markets.
  • Fully bootstrapped and profitable with a 3-year runway and 185% YoY growth.
  • Specialising in seed to Series B startups, typically hiring founding engineers, senior software talent, and GTM leadership.
  • Average fee per placement: £26k+, with a client base of 10+ venture-backed startups across New York, California, and beyond.
🧠 The Role

You’ll take full ownership of the candidate side of the process — sourcing, screening, prepping, and closing top-tier technical talent for business-critical roles.

Expect to work closely with founders on live roles — from AI Engineering to GTM Sales — with genuine exclusivity and trust in your delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking detailed briefs and executing searches rapidly and creatively.
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI automation tools to find exceptional talent.
  • Managing candidate experience end-to-end: control, prep, and close.
  • Collaborating with founders on search strategy and candidate quality.
  • Smart, sharp, and commercially driven — able to work autonomously with urgency.
  • Experience in tech recruitment (Software, Product, or GTM).
  • Ideally worked with US clients or early-stage startups before.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, non-KPI-heavy environment focused on delivery and results.
  • Bonus: Experience using automation, AI tools, or sourcing for start-up hiring.
  • Extra Quarterly Bonus: £2,500 when company target is hit (paid even if individual target isn’t).
  • Fully remote anywhere in the UK
