We are seeking a talented 3rd Line IT Support Engineer for a successful Managed Services company specializing in IT support for the private and public sectors. Based near Wembley, you will provide 3rd line support services remotely and on client sites in Central London.

You will join a reputable MSP known for Cloud Solutions. The company emphasizes team development and fosters a collaborative work environment.

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments
• Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider
• Knowledge of VMware or Citrix is a plus
• Installation and support of client servers
• Understanding of IP addressing, subnets, firewall implementation, routing
• Microsoft certifications such as MCITP, MCSE, MCP, or MCSA are advantageous
• Experience with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint
