A student recruitment platform in the UK is seeking experienced tech entrepreneurs to join their Advisory Board. This role offers a chance to influence the platform's development and gain equity exposure while shaping the future of recruitment. Ideal candidates have a strong background in talent tech or B2B SaaS and significant experience in scaling startups.

We exist to ensure students gain experience directly related to their degree and to help companies access better, more prepared talent.
By combining employer branding, skills-based hiring, and early engagement into one platform, we enable companies to connect with students through projects, internships, mentorships, events, and assessments, not just CVs.
Through partnerships with UNiDAYS we reach millions of students globally. Over 5000 students are already engaged. We're on a mission to reach 100,000+ by 2026.
StudentVenture is seeking experienced tech entrepreneurs, marketplace operators, and second- or third-time founders to join our Advisory Board. This role is designed for individuals who not only understand the pain of early hiring but want to invest in solving it.
As we grow our user base, expand employer partnerships, and roll out scalable talent pipelines, we're inviting advisors to contribute strategically and gain equity exposure at an early stage.
We're looking for advisors with experience in:
Equity: Strategic advisors receive equity for their time and guidance
Referral Bonuses: Incentives for facilitating high-value partnerships
Early Investment Access: First look at our upcoming fundraising opportunities
