Consumer Additions are partnered with a global retail brand seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Content Manager. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative content across all brand touchpoints, including e-commerce, campaign shoots, and social media—both organic and paid. The goal is to drive the brand’s visual identity and storytelling across digital platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external creative partners to bring a lifestyle-focused brand to life through compelling visuals and narratives. The role also involves overseeing daily content production and leading a small team of creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire content lifecycle across e-commerce, social media, brand campaigns, and video, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial goals.
- Manage and mentor a creative team, including content producers, assistants, and creators. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and wholesale teams to support business objectives.
- Plan and direct content shoots, including campaigns, lifestyle, products, and videos. Oversee creative logistics, direction, and post-production processes.
- Work with senior brand stakeholders and commercial teams to optimize content testing and performance.
- Source and manage freelance talent and production resources as needed to supplement in-house capabilities.
- Develop and implement content strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others, focusing on engagement, reach, and community growth.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual storytelling in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in a creative content role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple content streams and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content needs, especially for TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce channels.
