Social Media Manager | Up to £45k | Hybrid (Guildford)

Are you a creative, strategic, and hands-on social media expert?

We’re supporting a fast-growing eCommerce brand in finding their next Social Media Manager – someone who’s ready to take ownership, shape strategy, and build a buzz across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Location: Guildford (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)

Salary: Up to £45,000

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to lead and grow social media channels end-to-end – from strategy and content creation to performance analysis and influencer collaboration. If you're passionate about engaging audiences and building brand presence, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel social media strategies
  • Create and curate high-impact content (posts, videos, stories, reels)
  • Write compelling captions tailored to each platform
  • Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and ad agencies
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy using data insights
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates
  • Have 3+ years in social media management or 5+ years in marketing with a strong social focus
  • Be confident on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
  • Be skilled in content planning and comfortable in front of a camera
  • Be analytical, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Have experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
