Allen Motor Group is currently seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Gravesend. Using excellent customer service skills, you will keep customers informed about their vehicle servicing, answer questions, and provide consultancy on their vehicle needs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Updating customers on their vehicle status and required work
2. Ensuring all information is accurately recorded and stored
3. Booking vehicles into the workshop
4. Achieving performance targets through upselling products
5. Adhering to GDPR guidelines

This full-time, permanent position offers a 46.33-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, a basic salary up to £30,000, and an OTE of £36,000. The role reports to the Aftersales Manager.

Experience is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a background in automotive aftersales or service advising, as well as those looking to start their automotive career. The key attributes we seek include:

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• A full UK driving license
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience (highly advantageous)
• Experience with computer systems
