Qualifications

• Expérience en droit des successions, LLP et gestion de patrimoine.
• Compétence en résolution de litiges en matière de patrimoine et d'entreprises.
• Expérience avec des clients haut de gamme et conseils en matière de planification fiscale.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller les clients sur la préparation de testaments, la gestion des successions et la planification fiscale.
• Gérer des actifs complexes pour des clients HNW au Royaume-Uni et à l'étranger.
• Traiter des litiges en matière de fiducie et de patrimoine.

Our client is a Legal 500, who have offices in London and Hertfordshire, and we are seeking a Private Wealth Solicitor to join the existing team which is seeing an increase in work.

As an experienced Private Client Lawyer, you will be involved with international clients with high value and complex assets where you will advise across will preparation, tax planning and complex probate work and estate planning issues.

With a minimum of 3 years PQE, you will be an effective client manager, experienced in working with HNW clients and providing advice to achieve long term asset security and tax planning for clients and their families, both in the UK and abroad.

You will demonstrate knowledge across:

• Probate, LPAs and Estate Management
• Wills, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
• Tax Advice and Trusts
• Contentious Trust, Wealth and Company Disputes
