Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial IT support experience (1st/2nd line).

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line support across hardware and software.
  • Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line engineers as needed.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain server rooms.
