Your Mission

- A degree in a technical or commercial discipline (BS required; advanced degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in industrial lubricants, OEM engagement, or thermal management technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges and creating value.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% across Europe.
