Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior manufacturing role.
  • Strong ERP systems knowledge, preferably Oracle.
  • Background in lean manufacturing techniques like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
  • Confident communicator with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy in production data and materials planning.
  • Manage ERP system integrity and improve business processes.
  • Oversee inventory control and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Support product configuration and standard costing enhancements.
  • Communicate schedule updates and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Manage a production control team focused on customer service and performance.

  • 39 hours a week

What you'll be doing in this role:
