• Provide safe, effective nursing care in line with professional standards and local policies.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using evidence‑based practice.
• Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records.

• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement and service development.
• Supervise and support junior staff, students and healthcare assistants.

• Registered Nurse on the NMC register or newly qualified awaiting PIN
• Relevant nursing qualification (degree, diploma or equivalent)
• Evidence of recent clinical experience or successful preceptorship for newly qualified staff
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
