What do you need to succeed?

• A proven track record in agency-side Technology, Data, and Transformation Recruitment
• Experience leading successful sales or recruitment teams
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for Technology, Data, and Transformation roles in contract or permanent settings
• Ability to build trusted relationships and network effectively
• Passion and enthusiasm for your specialist market
• A human, relationship-focused approach to recruitment
• Excellent communication skills to support candidates' career goals
