The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant includes:

• Growing and leading a successful recruitment team
• Identifying and attracting new clients and candidates through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and placement
• Achieving and exceeding revenue targets, contributing to the company's overall success
• Staying updated with industry trends and continuously improving your skills and knowledge
