A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager for a 12-month role based in Leeds. This position involves providing a generalist HR service, overseeing employee relations, payroll processes, and supporting change management initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong HR generalist experience, autonomy in a site-based role, and knowledge of UK employment law. A background in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred. Immediate availability is desirable, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
