The Role - Recruitment Consultant (Trainee or Experienced)

As a Recruitment Consultant at Guided Talent, you'll be hands-on with business development, outbound outreach, and account growth. This role suits someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships, driving revenue, and being rewarded for high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, and sales activity
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships within your specialist market
  • Source, engage, and interview candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
  • Negotiate fees, terms, and offers confidently and professionally
  • Work to ambitious sales targets with a strong focus on revenue generation
  • Contribute to the strategy and growth of a rapidly scaling recruitment agency
