Birmingham Newman University is seeking a Graduate Student Recruitment Officer to join our friendly and vibrant Student Recruitment directorate on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. This role offers a fantastic chance to gain hands‑on experience in student recruitment, while developing valuable marketing skills and commercial awareness through exciting and varied projects.

Short summary of Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Support and deliver student recruitment events, such as open days, school visits, and UCAS fairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Student Recruitment Team on campaigns that raise awareness of Birmingham Newman’s offerings.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage prospective students and support their journey from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community partners to enhance outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, both digital and print, that effectively communicate our brand and values.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of recruitment initiatives to inform future activities.

Qualifications
  • A recent undergraduate degree.
