As a Head Stylist, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our Pets Grooming salon, combining hands-on grooming expertise with inspiring leadership. • Deliver full, high-quality grooms with confidence and precision across a variety of breeds
• Set the benchmark for grooming standards within the salon through a hands-on leadership approach
• Support and guide your team, sharing advanced grooming techniques and developing their skills
• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment that delights pet owners
• Work closely with the Store Manager to drive salon performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Experienced and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishing
• Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional approach
• Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (set hours/week with potential for more during busy periods); the head stylist role is a full-time vacancy
• Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment
• Goal driven, with experience in target-led environments (preferred, but not essential)

• Attractive rates of pay plus commission, subject to targets
• 28 days paid annual leave, which will rise to 33 days after 2 years (this includes 8 bank holidays and will be pro-rata calculated on your contracted hours)
