About the Role:

• Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential at Key Stage 5 based on experience.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for diverse learners.
• Use interactive methods to develop language skills.
• Assess progress, set targets, and provide feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and resource creation.
• Encourage a love of French language and culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning.
• Engage in professional development to enhance teaching practice.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in French.
• Passionate about teaching Modern Foreign Languages.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum for MFL.
• Committed to professional growth and reflective practice.
