Project Architect/ Architectural Technician
Job summary
A leading architectural firm is seeking a skilled Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. This contract role focuses on residential, education, healthcare, or commercial projects, requiring excellent Revit skills and project leadership. Candidates should demonstrate technical knowledge and the ability to meet deadlines while collaborating directly with project teams.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years post qualification experience in the UK.
- Strong project running capabilities.
- Ability to work across RIBA job stages, especially Stages 4-5.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects through various RIBA stages with a focus on Stages 4-5.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines.
- Utilize Revit and other software effectively.
Skills
Anderselite are looking for a highly motivated Project Architect with at least 5 years post qualification UK experience working in the residential, Education, Healthcare or Commerical sectors. You miust have the ability to demonstrate a good track record of working across all RIBA job stages required with a focus on Stages 4-5. You must also have good project running capabilities and technical knowledge is required as well as the ability to work directly with project teams and meet project deadlines. Excellent Revit skills is a must.
Applicants should demonstrate excellent IT skills with experience in Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign along with general IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
