Account Director & Senior Account Director – Medcomms Agency – Buckinghamshire – To £85k with bonus

Brilliant medcomms agency based in Buckinghamshire (just a 35-minute train ride from London) seeks an Account Director and Senior Account Director due to a huge increase in both organic and new business growth. It’s a very exciting time to join the agency!

You will need an agency medcomms background and the ability to commute to Buckinghamshire for two days’ office working each week. Please don’t apply if you don’t meet these criteria.

The Account Director & Senior Account Director roles

The agency is seeking two Account Directors – one at AD level and the other at SAD level. For both roles you require a skill set broad enough to lead the design and implementation of their medcomms programmes and provide leadership to client service colleagues at various levels.

The SAD role will be a combination of client service and new business. You need to be really good at generating both organic (existing client) account growth in addition to new business via pitching etc.

For both roles it is essential that you have a medcomms agency background, the ability to commute to Buckinghamshire and looking to take your career to the next level.

Agency location and work from home policy

The agency offers flexible working with two fixed days on-site each week (Tuesday and Thursdays) and is located in beautiful countryside surroundings, just 25 miles west of London.

Salary and benefits

The salary is £55-70k depending on experience (plus discretionary bonus) for the AD position and up to £80k (plus discretionary bonus) for the SAD role.
