• Board-level impact: Be the strategic financial voice at the top table-guiding long-term value creation, governance and risk.
• Commercial edge: Embed profitability and cost discipline across engineering, manufacturing, programmes and commercial operations.

• Group budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management-backed by transparent Board reporting.
• Cash flow, working capital, treasury and liquidity, with tight controls and compliance.
• Investment appraisal and programme governance for major product programmes and manufacturing operations.
• A high-performing finance team built on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

• Proven CFO/senior finance leadership in complex, product-led environments (automotive, engineering, manufacturing, luxury goods).
• Board-level gravitas with strategic, analytical and hands‑on problem‑solving capability.
• Finance transformation track record and scalable operations—ideally with North American market exposure.
