Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a respected Local Authority, based in Worcestershire, which is looking for a dedicated Legal Clerk to join their busy Commercial Legal Team.

Location: Worcestershire
Contract: 1 month (long‑term sick cover with potential extension)
Umbrella Rate: £15.66ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £14.23ph

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare legal documents for Commons searches, Highways Orders, and Notices, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Manage correspondence and telephone enquiries, liaising with internal teams, the Planning Inspectorate, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, website updates, financial system assistance, and office cover.
About You
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a legal or local authority setting is desirable.
