General Sales Manager
Job summary
A key player in automotive recruitment is seeking a General Sales Manager for their franchised car dealer in Ripon. The ideal candidate will lead a team, develop marketing strategies, and ensure high customer satisfaction. A proven track record in automotive management is essential along with strong communication and results-driven focus. The offered salary is up to £65,000 OTE, with a starting salary up to £45,000, benefits include a company car and 30 days annual holidays.

Skills
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s Franchised Car Dealer in Ripon. Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £65,000 OTE.
- Starting basic salary up to c. £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
- OTE at £65,000
- Company car.
- 30 days annual holidays, including the bank holidays, plus your birthday off, increasing over the length of service.

- Lead, manage and motivate a small team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
- Have a proven track record within a management role, amongst the Automotive sector.
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
