Senior Finance Role - Treasury, Receivables & Retail Oversight

This senior-level financial role is accountable for managing core financial operations, including liquidity planning, receivables oversight, and retail financial processes. The position plays a central role in steering cash management, investment tracking, and customer payment cycles, while also supervising a AR team performance across related finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Oversight:

• Maintain and regularly update short- and long-term cash flow projections across multiple legal entities.
• Coordinate with international finance counterparts.
• Manage institutional banking relationships and maintain account structures.
• Review and oversee currency exchange activities and ensure competitive rates.
• Monitor returns on held funds and support investment-related decisions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Lead and refine the billing and collection process for both business-to-business and retail channels.
• Evaluate order-to-cash data to resolve discrepancies, enhance efficiency, and drive improvements.
• Supervise the status of outstanding payments and coordinate collection strategies.
• Review and manage client credit exposure and limit settings.
• Develop and implement initiatives to accelerate cash collection.
• Oversee account reconciliation procedures for customer balances.
• Direct the performance and development of the teams responsible for receivables and retail finance.

Ideal Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of core financial principles and analytical methods.
• Demonstrated background in managing cash operations and financial institution engagement.
• Skilled in overseeing billing and collections workflows, including credit control and retail finance.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop operational finance teams.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Strong MS Excel dkills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and Formulas)

The Offer:

• Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
