As an Operations Data Analyst you will be based in our Chesterfield customer fulfilment centre, working Mon to Fri 8am-5pm.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
Analyse data from systems like Warehouse Management Systems, ERP, Hire Systems and operational tools, spotting trends and support with decision-making.
Create and improve dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
Work with teams across operations and continuous improvement to support projects and process improvements.
Automate reporting, maintain data accuracy, and provide support on systems and processes.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments (though not essential), with strong Excel and SQL skills.
Confident using BI tools such as Power BI and comfortable working with a variety of systems and data structures.
Skilled at handling multiple data sources and presenting complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
