Reporting to the MD, this newly created role involves shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, and business development activities.

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
2. Market Analysis: Lead research to identify new business opportunities based on industry trends.
3. Business Development: Seek opportunities to expand into new markets.
4. Customer Support: Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
5. Financial Management: Manage budgets, set targets, and ensure cost efficiency.
6. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Mechanical background preferred; strategic thinker capable of driving growth through commercial and sales strategies.
• Experience in setting up and managing CRM systems is advantageous.
