My client is seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Account Handler with 6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry to join their team in Amersham.
This role offers significant opportunities for training and progression, particularly in non-standard and high net worth insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a small book of personal insurance clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
- Explore further opportunities within the client base
- Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations
- Demonstrate the professionalism for which the company is renowned
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong self-starter with proven ability to manage workload
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and existing product knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
- Experience and confidence in using computer systems and software
