Job summary
A local council organization is seeking a Grade 6 Education Infrastructure Property Manager to oversee the alignment of educational assets with the council's priorities. This role involves managing properties like Children’s Centres and leading processes for academisation. The position entails 36.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £54,495 - £64,811. Working 36.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Grade 6 Property Manager within the Education Infrastructure Team (Children and Families Directorate). Responsibility will include alignment of the use of education assets including Children’s Centres and Early Years settings, Unattached School Playing Fields, surplus properties and school sites to the future operation and priorities of the City Council. The role will also involve leading on the changing status of schools processes including academisation.
