A leading fashion retailer in the UK is seeking a proactive Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing operations. In this role, you will develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and work with cross-functional teams. We're hiring a proactive Sourcing Manager to lead and elevate our global fashion sourcing operations. In this pivotal role, you'll develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate closely with buying, design, and technical teams to uphold ethical, sustainable, and cost‑effective practices.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in garment sourcing, cost analysis, and working with international suppliers. If you're passionate about driving value without compromising on quality or compliance, and you're ready to make an impact across the full product lifecycle — we'd love to hear from you.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week, as we believe skill development and creativity flourish through collaboration and face‑to‑face interaction.
