This Commercial Coordinator role is ideal for candidates with a commercial buying, merchandising or supply chain background with experience gained from UK retail or e-commerce that is looking for a role where they can use their transferable skills.

NW London based min 3 days a week. The successful Commercial Coordinator will support commercial and supply chain teams and will have a varied role from processing orders to assisting with product sourcing to coordinating marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team with order entry and ensure accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.
  • Support with campaigns and product ordering for promotional activities including ensuring costs and stock availability systems are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Contribute to improving workflows and ways of working as the company grows and scales globally.
  • Assist with order entry, order management, and product sourcing.
Qualifications
  • Experience gained from UK retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Excellent experience working within a busy commercial environment supporting end‑to‑end operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven track record of high attention to detail and organization with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Highly personable, engaging, and natural team player capable of building relationships internally and externally with stakeholders.
  • Experience with an order management or CRM system preferred.
  • Strong IT skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with good data analysis skills.
