This evident role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, working closelywith the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial performance, ensure operational excellence, and support long-term growth.
You will collaborate closely with regional leadership and the CFO to translate financial data into actionable business insights, guide investment decisions, and optimize revenue, profitability, and cash flow. Acting as a bridge between finance and business operations, you will help shape strategic decisions with a clear, data-driven perspective.
- Drive theannual baseline, budget, and target setting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define and prioritize key business indicators, ensuring the finance and analytics teams deliver a clear, one-view daily business dashboard that supports transparent decision-making.
- ManageR12, snapshots, MBR preparation, andKPI normalizationfor cross-functional insights.
- Assess and advise on customer business cases and investments, ensuring sound financial decisions.
- Identify and mitigatefinancial risks, proposing proactive solutions.
- Overseesales controlling, maintaining pipeline hygiene (opportunities & leads).
- Drivefinancial performance management– revenue & REBIT maximization, cost optimization, and cash flow improvement.
- Developshort- and long-term financial strategic plansto support business growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ yearsin financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proven expertise inKPI definition, dashboards, and financial reviews.
- Experienceadvising on business cases & investments.
- Strong background inprofitability & revenue optimization, cost control, and cash planning.
- Experience ingrowth-stage or scale-up companiesis a plus.
