A prominent recruitment agency is looking for a Prestige Vehicle Technician in Hemel Hempstead. The role offers a salary of £26k - £36k, with bonuses and overtime. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring high customer service levels, and adhering to manufacturer processes. Candidates should be Level 3 Qualified with at least 4-5 years of main dealer experience.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles.
- Delivering high customer service levels for customer loyalty.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge.
Skills
Education
Prestige Vehicle Technician – £26k - £36k Depending on experience plus bonus and overtime. Hemel Hempstead. Permanent, Full Time. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid as overtime).
- Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
- Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
- Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
- Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
- Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer. (4-5 years +)
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
