House Manager role for an UHNWI in the West End. Really responsible role overseeing the household.

About Our Client

The client is an UHNWI who splits time between London and UAE. They are a married couple with 4 children, 2 of whom are studying in the UK.

Job Description
  • Managing the day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating with event planners to ensure that all arrangements are made for special events
  • Coordinating with purchase team to ensure that all supplies needed are delivered on time
  • Making sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
  • Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly
  • Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times
  • Supervising security Team
  • Flexibility to work during weekends
  • Ability to manage team in a fast paced work environment
  • Banquet services
The Successful Applicant
  • Have been a House Manager before working for a HNWI or UHNWI
  • Ideally also have some sort of hospitality background, be in a top hotel or experience putting on large banquets
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Be highly professional
