Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Edinburgh
Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour – pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm
Job type: Part Time Permanent – based on 25 hours per week

We are recruiting for experienced Part Time Corporate Receptionist to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh.

As the receptionist your duties will include:

• Greet & welcome guests & client using the correct security procedures
• Administer visitor passes and notify hosts immediately
• Assist guest with their luggage
• Ensure that all communications meet the clients standards
• Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner using the company script and within 3 rings
• Make taxi bookings following company procedure, notifying guest upon the taxi’s arrival
• Manage the Reception ensuring that all emails are answered and replied to in a timely and efficient manner
• Book meeting rooms
• Understand and support guests with audio-visual equipment
• Assist visitor with concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality service, photocopying
• Assist the clients staff and their visitors with secretarial duties
• Maintain default standard of the reception and meeting rooms
