They are currently working on a medium-size residential project in South London, a site that presents a unique and complex set of challenges. This is a distressed site, requiring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who excels in problem-solving and can bring structure, control, and commercial expertise to the project.
This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of a challenging residential project.
