The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a prime opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead high-value projects across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotels, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential.
You’ll be joining a growing team of 10 professionals and will play a key role in delivering projects for prestigious clients, managing junior team members and taking lead on client relationships. You’ll be given autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing team.
The consultancy is known for its progressive, people-focused culture and offers significant scope for continued progression – including a clear path to Associate level and beyond.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- MRICS or close to achieving
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- A successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to completion
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week
