The Company

We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing general construction company in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Our client has a healthy order book, and undertakes a range of education and industrial/ commercial schemes. Services they provide include: small works, refurbishments, small extensions/ new build, general maintenance, internal remodeling, drainage, building envelope & M & E. Current scheme values go up to GBP2m

They are part of a strong and expanding group of companies where there is plenty of room for progression.

The role - Quantity Surveyor

This is a hands on Quantity Surveying role where you will be involved in schemes in their entirety from start to finish.

You will be working across several small schemes simultaneously, across various sectors including: small works, refurbishments, small extensions/ new build, general maintenance, internal remodeling, drainage, building envelope & M & E. You will also, at times, be working on residential schemes

Applicant requirements Quantity Surveyor

You will be a detail orientated Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record

You will have worked on refurbishment schemes of a similar value

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00) based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire with site visits
