We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join primary schools in the Thetford area. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Beginning ASAP.

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN or additional support needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support achievement.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and participate in whole-school initiatives.
• Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development and wellbeing.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in KS1 is desirable, though motivated ECTs are welcome.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills as a KS1 Teacher.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
