The Customer...
We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.
This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, both directly and through a significant channel. They primarily serve large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors and have a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role aims to manage the organization's key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.
The role involves a blend of enterprise services and products centered around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem. It will involve managing existing enterprise customer accounts and developing new business, approximately 25% of the role. This is an exciting time to join as the organization executes its growth strategy.
Experience required...
- Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
- Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
- Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services, e.g., AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation
Background...
- Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
- Ability to win new customer business (approximately 25% of the role)
- Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
- Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack—Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
- Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new prospects.
