Are you a standards-driven hospitality leader looking to make a big impact on a growing, high-profile operation? This is a dynamic, fast-evolving contract with real scope to elevate standards across staff dining while developing a much larger, more ambitious hospitality operation!

You’ll lead an established team of around 40 colleagues and play a key role in shaping the operation as it expands into new buildings. As the site grows, you’ll help develop and recruit an enhanced leadership structure, ensuring the operation is set up for future success.

This role is perfect for someone who can:

  • Lead complex accounts with confidence and commercial clarity
  • Assess an operation quickly and lift standards across service, food, people and process
  • Develop an existing team with patience, coaching and structure
  • Build trusted, transparent relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Committed to maintaining top tier service standards, at all times
About You

Experience in hospitality-led environments such as premium staff dining, fine dining restaurants or 5* hotels.

Solid financial and commercial expertise.

Hospitality-focused mindset with the vision to enhance the operation.

Committed to supporting, coaching and developing teams.

Clear, honest and constructive communication style, with strong client rapport.
