The Young Persons Supported Accommodation Service is an in-house provider within Oxfordshire County Council. You will be joining an established and experienced team at a time of change as the service registers under the new Ofsted supported housing regulations.
The service provides intensive supported housing accommodation for young people aged 16 to 18 years who are in the care of the local authority, working to create individual plans for those requiring additional support for their transition towards independent living. The role requires you to work a shift pattern over a seven-day period inclusive of weekends and bank holidays. The shift pattern includes days and evenings.
