About the Role

As a Youth Justice Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people and their families. You will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessments and creating, coordinating, and implementing tailored intervention plans. This includes working with challenging and complex cases, ensuring that all interventions are designed to reduce the risk of criminal exploitation, offending, and re-offending.

Your duties will include
  • Developing, monitoring, and reviewing intervention plans for young people and their families.
  • Preparing high-quality reports for criminal courts.
  • Representing the Service in court and managing bail duties.
  • Monitoring compliance with statutory and non-statutory interventions.
