We are seeking a proactive Youth Hub Work Coach to support young people aged 16–24 into employment, education, or training. You will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and create tailored action plans to help participants overcome barriers and achieve sustainable outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with Jobcentre Plus, employers, and partner agencies, as well as representing the service at events such as job fairs and careers conventions.
Reporting to the Careers and Progression Team Leader, as a Youth Hub Work Coach, you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of young people (aged 16-24) to access employment.
