A provider of supported housing to young people in Northern Ireland is seeking a Youth Housing Case Worker. In this role, you will offer holistic support to young individuals aged 16 to 21, helping them build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes. Responsibilities include creating support plans and maintaining records. Applicants should have experience working with young people or a relevant degree along with a valid driving license. Could you assist young people to build the skills and confidence to maintain their own homes? MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people aged between 16 and 21, who are leaving care, or who may be homeless. Young people can live with us for up to 2 years before moving into the community. Youth Housing Case Workers provide individualised support planning for our young people, based on ongoing assessment, review and keeping safe were appropriate.
