The Complex Care Assistant role involves clinical tasks, such as PEG, ABI, spinal support and tracheostomy and nebulisers, depending on the specific person you are supporting. You will receive comprehensive training and competency sign‑off from our in‑house team of Registered Nurses to ensure you are confident in your role. This role also includes personal care—including continence support, washing, dressing—as well as support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks, just as importantly, you’ll promote people’s independence while bringing a real sense of joy to those you support.
