Overview

Workshop Manager position available in a well established company. This role will suit someone looking for an autonomous role in a family run business.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a small team to ensure products are manufactured on time and to order.
  • Interact with clients to understand and help define the brief.
  • Provide quotations, schedule work, determine materials and ensure staff are meeting required quality and efficiency standards.
  • Manage the workshop and all orders from enquiry to delivery.
