Job summary

Day’s Motor Group is seeking a Workshop Controller at Days Ford, Garngoch Swansea, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and to coordinate service and repair of vehicles in the workshop.

The role involves road testing, quality control checks, and close collaboration with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to keep customers updated. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Experience supervising a workshop team and coordinating technicians.
• Ability to road test vehicles and perform quality checks on repairs.
